Picked up my freshly repaired MacBook Air at the Apple Store & just as I was putting it into it's neoprene case I dropped it on the "Italian slate" floor. $800 damage and Apple repaired it for free.

The store is near Macy's; next to Banana Republic.

Horrible. They don't wanna work with you on anything. My phone was under warranty and when another Apple store said they fixed that particular issue for free this one wanted to charge me $50

Make sure to reserve the iPad online to insure it on your doorstep!
