If you room is freezing because the air is on high when u walk in do NOT immediately turn the heat on high to warm it up, it sets ur smoke detector off.

Stay on the concierge level, its worth it, ask for odd numbered room for better views

Other guests were incredibly loud , staff wouldn’t do anything about it. Rooms not completely clean . You can do better.
