Ribs are fabulous. The whole-hog pulled pork is excellent, but the ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender and the best I've ever had. (Don't tell my family in Texas.)
Best pulled pork I’ve ever had. The brisket and sides were just ok. But pulled pork is what matters for NC, and that was great.
