Uncle Cheetah's Soup Shop

Seems silly to recommend a specific soup since they change so often, but they're all good. Trust. My fave sandwich is the Uncle Norman. The only thing I don't recommend is the lemonade .

If they have it when you're there, get their Fire Roasted Corn . It's incredible... Best corn I've ever had.

The only bad thing about the Soup Shop is that since I've started eating here, I can't even eat canned soup anymore. It puts everything else to shame. ☺

What is up with all the waste at this spot? Everything comes in paper and plastic containers, even if you are dining in and there is not a recycling bin. Same thing when it was the Electric Eel . Hmmm.
