Service is waay friendlier than any other mcdonalds in rock hill
Night crew is faster a way more friendly .
The employees and managers here are surly and totally incompetent! Orders are late and frequently wrong with no explanation or apologies given. Drive-thru is a joke. Avoid!!
The morning crew is loud , slow and unprofessional. Wow!!!
If you want to wait half an hour for food and get rude service, then this is the place for you.
