The staff don't know how to use the loyalty card...so if you're entitled to a free popcorn or movie ticket go ten minutes early so they have time to get their act together.

Don't forget your loyalty card. You can't top up points afterward if you forget it!

Comfortable seats . Do not take last row seats, can not see very well unless your are seated straight.

Sometimes sweets place isn't open downstairs so leave yourself a bit of time in case you have to go back up.
