Toaster blackens well but doesn't heat through the bagel . Lots of negativity (read the white board). Order the same thing but price varies (and none of it is by weight).
Great bagels but no refills on hot coffee . Bagel boss gives free refills as does Gabbys
Look for the misspelled sign they just put up about their app. They use your instead of you're --whoops!
Try a multigrain bagel with vanilla walnut cream cheese ...totally amazing!

Renovation looks great, food is still just as good, but service has gotten much slower since they redid the place. :( I'll still come here though.
