Start with the chicken liver bruschetta . Also get the heirloom tomato one if they have it. Then have the bucatini all'amatriciana. Great spice and texture.
Try Crostini with Walnut Pesto , Gorgonzola and Pear , outstanding flavor!

Holy cow, gluten free pasta ! The chef will recommend which pasta dishes complement the different textured noodles .
