The Best cheeseburger in America Combo!! You get soup or salad , cheeseburger and fries and their famous cookie ! I always get the chicken tortilla soup !

Ask for Carla! She is probably one of the bests waitresses I've ever had. Se handled my party of 6 like it was a cake walk. She didn't forget about any random little extras you order (ranch mayo etc)

Ask for Max!! Best waiter in town ! Super fun and nice. Definitely recommend the to-go ice cream 😂

Color local friendly place with locations around Columbus. Bar food, good but not as good as BJ's. Staff is friendlier. Think of it as a "bigger Cheers"...

With some great craft brews on tap from Elevator Brewing, tonight is a great night to have a beer and check out the NCAA Division I National Championship at Max & Erma's!

Great tortilla soup

Kids eat free here on Tuesdays. My apologies to my old tip from 2010 that said Wednesdays. I don't know what I was thinking when I wrote that.

Tortilla soup , burgers , buffalo chicken sandwich , steak Laredo.

To be honest, this is one of my favorite restaurants in Ohio :3

Tortilla soup is a no brainer!

Order was wrong with items left out, no napkins, no silverware, no ketchup , no dressing on the salad ... worst experience ever! And you have to hold for 8 minutes for a manager! Retraining here we come

Garbage burger !

Hostess was not pleasant. After placing menus, bringing high chair , and after replacing high chair because the first had no straps, my wife and I thanked her and got no response from her.
