I ALWAYS receive great service at this IHOP. The food is great, and the Blueberry Lemonade is perfect for a Summer beberage.
Pancakes and pancake specials are my favorite things to order, and their omelets are very good, too. If you are on a low-sodium regimen, ask your server to tell the cook "no added salt."
Try the "new" late night munchie sandwiches and waffle tower. Great sandwiches with everything for those late night munchies .....Friday/Saturday midnite to morning only...............

TONS of waffles pancakes crepe and breakfast selection . They taste decent. Expect minimum 30 minute queue though.
The brunch burger is amazing. With a short stack of course.

I'm a server and to come to a place where it seems everyone is miserable kind of ruins a meal. Yet I love the waffle here, go figure.
