The food is delicious. The grains are fermented for 18 hours which helps break down the gluten and make it more digestible. I’d recommend the chicken sandwich , citrus pound cake and giant cookie !
We loved the harissa chicken sandwich , the chicken soup and chickpea soup , the croissant , & the mushroom toast . The semolina sesame bread was also good. They even slice the loaf for you.
Another great meal! Loved the Ginger Soda and veggie sandwich with squash !!!!
