Every room we’ve stayed in is excellent. The food at breakfast sets you up for the day. Big portions of fresh ingredients . Plenty for you veggies and pescatarians too. Comfortable and welcoming.
Lovely pub in the park . Great people and food. Amazing place to spend a day in the summer
The mussels were great. Lively pub which is dog and kid friendly . So if that is not your thing then you are pre-warned
The location on the Common is fantastic. The nachos were amazing although made my arteries creak. The service... Meh.
Bed is super comfy , bedding is lush and the room super cute !
Lovely place to have breakfast , proper pot of coffee keeps coming round. At night, take a pint of youngs next to the fireplace govn'a. Cozy bookish pub on weekdays. Staff is incredibly friendly !
Try the Meantime London Pale Ale - locally brewed with a nice flavour...just don't faint at the price :)
Just go here if fancy a great pub meal. Amazing food. Beautiful location. Great staff . Slam dunk!
Going through refurbishment but rooms are comfortable and food in the pub was very good
Beautiful rooms but make sure you ask for a king bed or you might get a double.
quick food service and delicious food. recommended the burger with bacon and cheese and the fish and chips . mmm, windmill time.
Last time I was there it was an entirely cash bar...not exactly the best idea when it was one of the hottest days of the year!
The BEST place in the summer!!! .. Practically ON Clapham Common so you can buy your drinks and relax on the grass with them :-)
Lovely spot by the common
Food is great!
Rudest manager gave us a ticking off for having bags of sweets on our table - after we won a foodie match! Despite massive drinks order, team pub is now the nearby Firefly.
100% not allowed to eat your own crisps outside. Nosiree bob.
FANTASTIC Sunday roasts
Nearly £3 for a lukewarm small filter coffee . Breakfast baguette pretty decent but also expensive .
£4 a pint, it isn't a pint unless you insist and the plastic glasses are less than a pint apparently when it was poured into a real glass.
Curly fries are gd!
Sunday lunch on the terrace .
Eat and drink here
Great location , great place to unwind & relax
Veggies avoid the Sunday roast it is overpriced and sits under the lights for ages. Sent back
FIlming location for Season One of Persona from App Media - <aclass="entity url"rel="nofollow" href="http://www.app-media.com/"target="_blank" data-sig="2dNZnxp7+YRfLvvcCWMo+Ag6lcM=" onmousedown="fourSq.ui.OutgoingLink.mousedown($(this), event)" data-source="tip-text">http://www.app-media.com/</a>
Try the beer ^^.
It is expensive (£4.05 for a normal pint) by you pay for the location. The service is pretty awful too, most bar staff will treat you with contempt.
Finally got sky over the summer
Food is microwaved - it's your choice.
Don't eat the food.
Bare expensive !
Do NOT order food here! :(
Terrible service.
Roasts go early on Sunday. Be early if you want more of a choice between beef, lamb, pork, chicken and nut. - Paul McCormack
Awesome old school pub vibes, great service and good quality meals. If you are looking for something non-alcoholic, try the rose lemonade. Delish! - Sos Mattsson
The cafe at the bandstand has *amazing* pasta - try the lasagna... - Dhiraj M
Lovely weekend vibe, friendly staff, and deliciously large portions of good. Great place to spend a lazy Saturday afternoon. - Nick Brackenbury
