Couldn't complain anything, the girl was friendly and funny and the cappucino perfect.

Illy should do an effort to make their coffee shops have at least a minimum quality.. This was the las opportunity ever

Caprese pannino was the perfect size and was grilled nicely!

Puts lovely espresso cups on show but won't serve you an espresso in one. Fail.

Frandie was super nice. Espresso Freddo not so good.

I really enjoyed my Cappuccino Viennese & ham and cheese croissant , however it took forever to get it.

My Caffelate was crap. It was warmed of milk with a hit of coffee . The attendant couldn't have cared less during our interaction. Shame, Illy is normally so good :(

The girl working was very rude. Lucilia I think was her name. She didn't crack a smile, was very curt AND didn't even say thank you. Rude!!!!

More rude people, it must be a Miami thing.
