Unlike other studios I've been to, this studio isn't pretentious or staunchy. Everyone is open & friendly . If you have no mat, they have them here. Also offered: healing workshops, meditation , reiki !
Check out Melissa's candlelit yin yoga class with reiki and healing crystals. It's awesome.
