Baylan Patisserie , known for it unique ice-cream dish, “Coup Grillet."

It's really disappointing that Istanbul's oldest patisserie offers such ordinary pastries . As with İnci Profiterol relies nothing but on "history". No complexity at taste and texture.

Their ice cream sundae thing is amazing. And there's wifi :)
