The ginger creme brûlée tart was delicious. It wasn't too sweet and the ginger flavor comes through quite nicely. I didn't love the pork and fennel sausage rolls though.

I love this small bakery . I love how they arrange the seating outside and maximize everything. Their pastries is to die for. Order pork and fennel rolls + beef pie . Take away their awesome danishes !!

Get the ginger creme brulee tart and the pork and fennel sausage roll because that's what everybody else gets and you want to fit in don't you? Also, because they're really good.

Meat pies and the ginger cream brûlée custard tart are the best in town . I’m a frequent visitor and just recently tried their chocolate milk shake which was a delightful (Remember to shake it!).

The Beef pies are excellent with golden brown flaky buttery pastry . Ginger Creme Brule tart is amazing. Everything is excellent here. Weekend queues are insane. Eat in the park across the road .

I highly recommend the Beef Brisket + Mushroom + Red Wine Meat Pie , Pork Sausage Fennel Roll, & Lamb Sausage Roll . The coffee is good too. Surry Hills is a nice neighborhood .

Any of the sausage rolls are a life changing experience, so is the flourless chocolate cake . And the lemon tarts . And the meat pies . In fact, it's all good. Get a seat and people watch for a while.

It's definitely heart attack food with lots of butter! But the pumpkin pie and sausage rolls are really good. You'll be settled for the whole day after that.

Heaven. Everything is just absolute heaven. Coffee , flourless chocolate cake , Danishes and all the hot food is well and worth and trip!!

We try and go late afternoon as there is always a queue for this little establishment! Luckily the Ginger Brulee Tart has always been available. YUM!

I think this place has become an institution by itself. Everything is literally great. My favs tho are creme brûlée tart , chorizo roll, roast pork and quince sandwich and hands down lamb/harissa roll

Wonderful bakery with lots of French delicacies. Try the Pain au chocolat , grab a flat white and sit down to one of their nice tables outside .

The pork and fennel sausage roll is absolutely fantastic. The new spicy chicken and mushroom sausage roll is almost as good. And for a sweet treat , try the strawberry meringue tart .

The lemon tart and the blueberries muffin are so so so good ! The hot chocolate is so rich !

Everything here is simply delicious. Many say this is one of the best bakeries around. We agree! Grab your tasty baked goods and sit in the little Park across the road on a weekend.

There is no better sausage roll on earth than the lamb and Harissa from the Bourke St Bakery . I travelled to the UK Burrough markets to be told this by the Ginger pig butchers . Damn straight.

The sourdough needs a lot of work compared to Tartine in San Francisco but Bourke wins in charm!

The tarts are obviously great but my favourite thing to buy is their potato and rosemary sourdough . Available Thur, Sat and Sun only.
