If you are on a travel carrying a huge travelling bag, don't go inside the mall . Their security check is exaggerated. They will only ask you to remove your things out of your bag.

This mall has been the site of bank hold ups and gun shooting incidents, so expect tight security.

Less crowded than SM City Pampanga. However , there are less stores in this mall as it is smaller.
