Overall I like this place alot, but others have left comments about the store being too cold (in winter bcuz heat is set too low & summer bcuz the air is set too low) also the music is too loud ! :-)

Phil is a great guy, the night manager (I think). And Savannah is the best!!! Always smiling and in a good mood! :-) Makes me enjoy coming in here even more.

The pic got kinda cropped by the app but it's supposed to show how crowded it gets with even a few ppl here. Imagine if the dinning rm was full!!

I agree - the music is blaring, the blenders are loud & people are even louder... Very nice staff :0)

Lines are usually long. Especially the drive throug. Not sure why south Napa only has one store.

FYI they don't have the breakfast sandwiches here.. Ever.

The girls in the drive thru are too busy chatting about gossip to help people so just go inside

Apparently I should have read the tips before going through the drive thru . It's horrible! Our drinks sat on the bar for 2 minutes while they chatted. Horrible service!!

Seriously skip the drive thru , chicks are really lame at customer service.
