Really great find, the staff are top notch and they have a great atmosphere. Need more whiskeys on the menu though.
T-bone is a must. Go for rare or medium-rare (with the obligatory truffle-butter, of course)
Discovered with "explore" and will definitely come again. Interesting menu. Get here while they're still the proverbial new kid on the block

I would not buy any pre packed meat as employees do not use gloves. They claim to sanitise their hands but I woulf feel better if disposable gloves are used to touch the meat I eat!
