Was here about 8 years ago when I first moved to NC. haven't been back since because of its location. It is still worth the trip. Though no GF menu the servers are knowledgable about allergens.
Surprised you can't get a split of sparkling wine here. Crab bisque was lukewarm, au gratin potatoes ok, but asparagus was perfect & filet mignon was tops!! Good wine choices (Malbec & pinot grigio ).
Off the beaten path but with steakhouses all over the place this is one that can't be missed! Old school classy ambiance but worth the money.
Delicious! I enjoy the crab dip , the greek salad with a crab cake , and the chocolate cake . Plan to share the chocolate cake because it's a huge serving!!
The crab cakes were fantastic. They also make an excellent steak , of course.
Delicious rib-eye, great crab cakes , shrimp and grits , good service .
Dessert is better than the actual food. Crab dip is wonderful.
The bruschetta and white chocolate creme brûlée are amazing!!!
Great place to order a medium-rare burger in NC... They can do this because they grind the beef right here.
Great food and memorable desserts .
Ate in the library , steak melted in my mouth!!!!!
The Prime Rib is "Prime Time"
Steak sea-food
Always a great experience
Overpriced for the type of steak house . Decor is out of the 1980, and not in a good way... Service was too casual , food ok, but not great. Don't let the name fool you, not impressive...
The bread was stale and chewy. Bread at steakhouses is sometimes the best part. Not here. Average food at expensive prices.
The blue crab bisque is amazing.
Come early and head to the bar
The salmon is great
Horrible food. Steak and salmon are not cooked good.
N’awlins crabcakes, bourbon street pork chop, quilt Cabernet, Rey’s Irish coffee, and bananas foster! Quite a meal! - Bob Perst
Everything is wonderful here! Best steak I've had in the area hands down. - John
They really modernized the look and feel of Outback. Just an FYI, they relocated from the Shoppes of Saltbox Village. - Christian Alvarez
