Mystique Community Ice Center is owned by the City of Dubuque, Iowa and managed by Dubuque Community Ice and Recreation Center, Inc. (a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The $7.1 million dollar building was opened on September 18, 2010.

Open to the public for walking as early as 8:30AM. Bring a jacket , because it gets a bit chilly.
Heck of a facility for the youth hockey program to use!
