Great little gym , clean , convenient, no frills. Super packed the beginning of January and steady but not packed the rest of the year. Busiest right after work on weekdays!
Great place to workout. But bring your headphones because the music sucks. Also beware of the personal training sales.

New members beware: you're going to get the hard sell on personal trainers . Not a bad club, but it's better to come mid-morning or late night .
