Love the lounge ! Spa , pool table , amazing staff , gourmet delicatessen (not deli !), an entire wall of tv 's, comfy selection of couches , chairs, and day beds, a great business area for work. Love!!!

Best lounge in the world, period. Grab a French 75 or any amazing cocktail they mix here and head up to the grey goose lounge upstairs for chilled out tunes . Just don't forget to leave!

Get to the airport early for sure. Go straight to spa to get a free massage or facial . Thai foot treatment us my fav. Food is great, drinks are strong and it's all free. LEAVE A TIP FOR YOUR WAITER

Best lounge worldwide. Great pre-flight cocktails to take the edge of the flight (or anything else that's bothering you), good quality free massage , excellent staff service-still the best way to fly!

Book in for a massage or haircut as soon as you arrive as they get booked up quickly, especially if you want a longer treatment beyond the complimentary ones. Great for those who suffer with back pain

Does not get better than this. Great drinks, food, pool table , spa , and even a jacuzzi . Always show up early to hang out and relax.

Be sure to order some food. There is a full service restaurant , a pool table , an amazing bar , salon and roof top terrace . Possibly the best airline lounge in the world.

Wow! So nice! Design, food, service, pool table , video wall .. there is a spa , and a guy that takes laser fitting of your feet to make custom leather shoes that ship to your home. Amazing!

Everything but I especially like the salad bar , a variety of salmon , quinoa salad , chickpea salad etc and breads and cookies ...this is apart from the main menu. I do recommend

Excellent place to wait for your flight . Staff is always great. Nice food selection and served very fast. Tons of plugs / outlets.

Allow extra time - spa services are great, cocktails are excellent, plenty of comfy chairs and good food (either table service or deli counter)

This is probably the best airport lounge I have used... The staff is courteous and professional; the food is great; and the lounge continues to expand, rather than rest on its laurels. Try it!!!

If you have more time than I do today, check out the Peloton bikes for a great pre- or post-flight way to stretch out the legs.

Check with the spa as soon as you get into the club as its first come first serve. A complimentary massage is a great way to kick off a 12 hour flight !

Pleasantly surprised! Heathrow actually has one nice lounge . This is it. Sleepy service, a bit slow but decent. Take note British Airways!

Everything about the experience is pure class . Must dos are the complimentary pre-flight facial , the Virgin Redhead cocktail and if you are there for breakfast get the smoked haddock frittata !

Restroom stalls quite roomy , w/ full sink & real towels. Wall of stall is mirrored (weird), and the club WiFi didn’t work in there, but it’s nice to have your own bathroom at the airport !

Fun place !! You can get a hair cut , get nails done, play some pool, visit the outlying ok or just fine or have a drink by the friendly staff ????

Really sets the standard for airport lounges . Arguably best in the world as far as I've seen. Too bad Virgin discontinued their NRT-LHR flight though.

Walk through the glass partition to the left side of the bar and grab that first cream leather couch . Not only is it *my* couch , but it's got the best bar access, outlets & views .

Beautiful clubhouse. Check out the roof deck . Tons of space and fantastic amenities .

Order off the menu . The chefs are generally incredible. I order even if not so hungry because it is sooo good.
