This writeup is for the amazing work that Todd in the Geeksquad auto department performed on my car. Todd is awesome and I absolutely admire Todd's patience with me throughout the process.

I usually have so-so customer service here. They've really picked up! Great managing lines at check out and very approachable staff since the renovation. Thank you for making my experience easier!

If you're looking for parts to rebuild a computer, this Best Buy is definitely not the place to go. I was looking for a hdd and RAM and their selection of RAM consisted of 2-3 over-priced types.

Lots of open areas , very selective on what they carry and service isn't up to par. We were there several times and took about 20 min for an associate to assist after tracking one down.

If you come early in the morning, the store is nice and empty so you can get more personal attention from the employees

Go during the week between 3 and 5 for faster service at the Geek Squad !

For all-things computer and TV , ask for Mark. Whether you an iPad or a Commodore 64, he's your guy.

If you get a service plan be prepared to spend 45 minutes every time you go to the store and try to get anything out of the geek squad .

Astonishingly bad customer service. Like: is this really happening, remarkably bad.

Don't leave stuff in your car might get stolen.

Don't expect to find any movies more than 6 months old, no matter how much of a classic they are.

Terrible customer service ...they laughed at us when we tried to return a bluray because the case was busted when we bought it.

The staff knows nothing, so don't bother asking.

Long lines , poor customer service, crowded parking lot . Might want to try a different store.
