If you like yoga take Adji's classes . He's hard, but amazing. Best instructor ! Come early his classes fill up fast.
Excellent group fitness, nice facilities. Expensive and the company is very unaccommodating if something comes up like an injury or pregnancy
They have a kids swim team!!! Mi friends kids r on it and they luv it!!!! They beat me on swim relays!!!
