The infamous Laurent doesn't work here anymore. Everyone at reception very helpful so far.

Mark, day clerk , is awesome! Very helpful...ask him anything.

It's true that Laurent , one of the evening clerks , is horrible. Everyone else has been so kind, but he's rude for absolutely no reason. He must have a miserable life to be so outwardly ugly to people!

Is Laurent still there? He could be hired by the Paris Pen!

There are so many complains about Laurent . Why don't they fire him? He's the worse Concierge ever!

Don't go! Evening porter Laurent ( looks like Homer Simpsons' boss) is very unkind! Won't help you EVER!
