Awful service. At least 10 tables unoccupied within sight of the hostess desk and they stated it was a 15 minute wait. I complained and was seated. Lots of waiters but no one in charge it seemed
I have had the worst service here. Slow when the restaurant was empty. 1st time waiter argued with me when I told him they left the dressing off. Today we waited 10 minutes and our waiter never came.

Worse service ever!!! We had to stand & wait for a table while I could count 13 empty tables at one time!!!! Poor, poor management! If I performed my job like that I wouldn't have one.

Don't come here. Places is almost deserted and we've been waiting over 30 minutes for our meal. Service is slow and inexperienced. Not even one star for Applebee's
Very understaffed for a Saturday night, and it showed in the very slow service.
Overpriced and poor service... I got the riblets and they were cold and flavorless... Even with the bbq sauce . A bit disappointing... ????
