First Watch

Really enjoyed the Harvest Egg in a Hole special. Sourdough bread grilled with two fried eggs in the center topped with Hollandaise sauce . Served with garlicky kale with bacon , onions & mushrooms .

Drop your plans for brunch in the Fairfax city , because First Watch is as good as it gets. They are offering breakfast , brunch & lunch . I really appreciate their use of healthy ingredients .

Order the Joaquin Yahoo. It's not only fun to say, it's amazingly delicious! This is one of the greatest breakfast places ever, this is coming from a NJ diner breakfast snob!

The waffles , the pancakes , the million dollar bacon , the super drinks...the grits ...everything! Bring back the donut thingies!

Better than an IHOP but the check comes out with the food and they are way too eager to take your plates. Food quality is hit or miss - have had plates come out cold.

It's okay. Decent food and service, but too artsy fartsy renditions of classics. I like traditional, less healthy.
