Always slow, always crowded and they are always understaffed, you can never run in for a cup of coffee before catching the train b/c they are so slow!!!

Way to many kids working here, no real managerial presence, to slow for the morning rush. It's rather disappointing b/c a few of the kids I like but management really needs an overhaul.

Very busy. Avoid times when school gets out...it's swarmed with tweens.

The staff is very careless here. I got home and found no chicken in my sandwich . So much for going to the drive through. Never going back here

Check your food carefully at this place. Just ordered a McChicken sandwich and opened it at home to find no meat inside. This is pure carelessness.

Expectations for employment are certainly not high here. Customer service, hospitality , and competency seem to be a la Kung quality.

You must exercise all your patience in here.... Smooth wi-fi however.
