The May theme is May flowers . The floral flavors are rhubarb crumble with toasted anise , wildflower honey with ricotta walnut lace cookies , rose water and apple bitters , dill flowers and fennel pollen
LOVED The Universe III (which was a special, seasonal flavor ) as well as the Lemon Meringue Pie . The staff was so great and knowledgeable . I also tried the tomato olive oil flavor which was great.
