Don't underestimate these biscuits . They're big, soft, and very filling. I recommend getting a savory one (fried chicken !) and sharing one with just jam . The perfect hangover cure (proven by me).
Come with an empty stomach and full ambition. Their grits is one of the best outside of the South and as a Southerner, I would know. Also slap some chicken on the Regina for an added hat tip.
The Reggie Deluxe is a must. If you're not into meat, get the Regina . Not to be overlooked are the available condiments -- Secret Aardvark sauce and the BBQ-esque sauce whose name I can't recall.
The founder is from North Carolina and the biscuits and other dishes are as authentic as you'd want, with a few added embellishments. I recommend the Reggie, even for breakfast .
Brought to Portland by N.C. State fans from Raleigh, North Carolina, an already delicious biscuit tastes even sweeter when it hates Duke.
Be prepared to wait at least an hour. Build your own biscuit sandwich or get the biscuits & gravy with mushroom gravy . Blueberry cornmeal pancakes are also delicious.
where to start... hash browns , fried chicken biscuit with gravy , and the shrimp & grits are all amazing.
Have been going here since day one at your brick & morter on Alberta! Always worth the wait! #biscuitsandgravy
Try the Moneyball. Possibly the best biscuits you'll ever eat (unless you're from a place that is known for biscuits - still, these are some sweet biscuits !)
Unreal...so good - biscuit with apple butter was great, but the chicken sandwich with pickles , honey , and mustard was off the charts incredible.
While most folks dig the Reggie Deluxe , we think the gravy is too much. So our go-to is The Reggie – Fried Chicken , Cheese , Fried Egg on a Buttermilk Biscuit !
Good. Solid. My favorite biscuits are still in Nashville at Loveless, but they do a nice fried chicken/apple butter sandwich .
Biscuits , jams and butter are on point and the pecan pie is just amazing. Was smiling entire meal.
The line looks long but moves pretty quickly. The problem is it moves quicker than the tables empty. Food is great.
The Chatfield: Fried chicken , bacon and cheese topped with apple butter , a side salad , bubble up soda . Return again.
Huge cinnamon rolls , great pimento cheese , and some of the best apple cider I've ever had.
The Reggie biscuit is amazing! I don't even really like gravy and the gravy blew my mind!
It lives up to the hype! Featured on several TV networks and magazines - fun atmosphere and GREAT biscuits .
Very tasty biscuit sandwiches . Also a vegetarian option for biscuits and gravy .
Here for the second time since I liked it the first time yesterday. Apple Cider , The Gobfather and Shrimp-N-Grits today
Amazing gravy , outstanding coffee . The biscuits are too dense and lack a proper crunch.
The sandwich with apple butter , fried chicken , cheese , and bacon is delicious
Love the steak and cheese biscuit . Apple cider (non-alcoholic) is good too.
Actually pretty good. Long line but wait wasn't bad. The Reggie Deluxe and Shrimp & grits . Grits were not instant but not sure what Greek grits are oh well .
If you're going to get a Regina , you might as well add fried chicken to it.
Strongly suggest the BBQ biscuit ! ❤️
Bathroom code is 153 don't forget to hit enter
The Reggie, house pecan pie ????????????
Strangely a place of diminishing returns. My first time was transcendent, so highly recommended for first timers.
Biscuits , honey butter & pimento cheese is so good!!!
Not worth the wait of forty five minutes (after ordering) for food to arrive. And then the delivered one order and i waited another five minutes for the rest of the order. The biscuits were just okay.
Build-your-own biscuits ! Though coffee here isn’t my favorite.
Now open for dinner , but for breakfast go early or be prepared to wait an hour.
Great biscuits and breakfast sandwiches .
It was worth the wait. Everything we ordered was amazing!!
The Reggie Deluxe is all I ever want to eat for breakfast ever again.
Biscuits . Gravy . Fried effin' chicken . All day, all good. ????
Split anything you get. They will make you a salad upon request.
Chicken pot pie is definitely worth the 20 minute wait!!
The Reggie deluxe was definitely deluxe... very huge and filling!
Right on: First memory of Portland. Biscuit , fried chicken , gravy , and family.
The Reggie Deluxe is mouth watering, tastiness!
Be prepared to wait in line , but worth it.
Pretty much anything with biscuits . Or pie .
Deluxe. Also I'd park a few blocks away since train tracks cause traffic
Ordered the Regina and added sausage ...not bad! Think I'll try it with chicken next time.
Always order extra biscuits to go
Get here early to avoid the worst of the lines ! They open at 7 daily.
Chicken+ biscuit + gravy . It rules
Omg everything here is incredible.
