Per new story in the Ventura County Star, this location has decided to renew their lease after all and is NOT closing as was stated on 9/6/2017 in a story in the Ventura County Star.

Love it. Burgers are great. So are the dippers. Dessert menu is just awesome.

Vegetarians : the fries and the chips are both not vegetarian .

Service is always good, sometimes you have to be patient due to large parties also dining at the same time

Ribeye steak is delicious! Better than some steak restaurants !

Red velvet cake dessert shot is great, but ask them to heat it up. It's a great little sweet treat .

The Tropical Sunrise is the most wonderful drink I have ever had!!

Bbq burger no lettuce and add sauteed mushrooms

Meal was BOMB.com !!!! The margarita chicken was legit !!! The garlic lime shrimps were even more LEGIT !!!!

Don't park in the "to-go" spaces if you're dining there or your car will be crushed. At least, that's what the signs say.

Well I have tried this place 4 times and it has not gotten any better! Unless you have a tone of time to waist I would not go there . I will not be back to this location!

Terrible service, rude waitresses , not coming back. Only come here if you aren't doing anything and like nasty people.

Given this place too many chances. 3 strikes and you are out. Horrible service.
