Excellent new store layout, with superb customer service. It’s now like a circuit board “mini-mall” for the latest in TV’s, computers, phones, mobile gear, security devices….you name it.

It's 2 days before Xmas. I've dealt with the Mobile Center on the phone and in person and both have been excellent, from checking stock, to checking in trade in amount to answering questions!

The older tech support guy is about as charming as a porcupine with PMS... Why would u put this guy out front with customers?

CS is good on the floor but not enough clerks now at checkout. You wait too long. Support for some technical questions not up to what it should be.

Don't bother if you need real computer stuff, 90% of the staff cannot help you and they stock virtually nothing. All I needed was a simple KIM switch that was listed on their website and got nothing.
