I like the room, clean , confortable and big enough. it provides free internet wi-fi service which is good for guests can check the information in anytime in anywhere.

Like the style of the meeting room, so fashionable ! The staffs are quite energetic and d service minded.

Love this place! I have returned to this hotel every year for the past 6 years & never a time I am disappointed.

Beautiful rooms, superb staff and a vast but very well designed lobby in a great area with lots of cafés and eateries around. Good choices of food with lots of hidden gems within the hotel itself.

Good Hotel with very nice services. Easy to reach here by BTS Victory Monument station and take free tuk tuk from Century the Movie Plaza to the hotel .

Great value , especially if you book during Super Sale. Service wise it is not so great since King Power manages hotel . Buffet is bad but a la carte menu at other outlets are quite good.

Good location, in a compound with 2-storey duty free mall . Rooms, facilities are nice. Overflown swimming pool which could have been even nicer if placed on higher floor :D

Don't shop at the Duty Free King Power shop on the Pullman property. Rather take a walk to the nearby mall ; there's a Boots Pharmacy there. But beware of the traffic - make use of the free Tuk-Tuk.
