Japanese malt whisky . A friend mentioned he had Ichiro Malt there. Now that is truly special.

You will find the maddening Japanese seriousness and dedication everywhere in the bar , from the drinks to the cuff links to how he put shrink wrap around his expensive Spanish ham .

"Lost in Translation" bar ? Order their seasonal fruit cocktails , made with fresh fruit from Japan, or from an extensive range of whiskeys . The Japanese bartender is a pro. Expensive but worth it.

A 20-seat, Tokyo style bar . Arguably, Executive Bar makes the most perfectly blended Martinis and Cocktails in Hong Kong.

The peach rum cocktail comes in two parts. Half a peach to eat while sipping on the peach daiquiri .

Peach fruit cocktail was best. Not the honeymelon tho. Paid 370 hkd /50 usd. NOT worth it. They didn't even give me the fruit for it like they did for the peach . Jap Bartender-owner is mindblowing.

Nice bar but the bartender is really rude (accused us of smoking (which we did not)) and then refused to take our 1000 HKD bill saying that that kind of bill was often counterfeit.

It's expensive but worth it to watch the barman's exquisite style.

The bartender is super stressed out & hyper. He makes the wrong cocktail , screams at you & forces you to pay the bill. The most fascinating and rude service I've experienced so far in HK ⛔️⁉️❌
