Cathay Pacific Lounge

If you're flying MH business class , the check-in agents will send you to the China Eastern lounge which is crap. You can use the Cathay lounge as a oneworld sapphire or MH business class

Not sure why so much rage at the wifi as it worked fine and just needed to punch in the code without doing anything else. Decent dumplings and like free pour spirits ! Double Black anyone?

Good place to hole up in while experiencing the usual flight delays out of PVG. Don't forget to try the dumplings here

Renovated lounge ! Much better! Spacious , there are a dumplings/dim sum/soups corner, a western food corner and a small dessert corner.

The staff insisted I get help from my friend because she helped her already for the crappy disconnecting Wifi problem... I think she is confused about friends and customers.

compare with Taipei cathay Lounge ... this beef noodle so suck !!! Super mini size .... just very little noodle !!!

There are 18 work stations here with laser printers all connected to the Internet. Neve more than 5 or 6 in use.

They have one English magazine now: Bloomberg. Loose sockets and crappy coffee need to be addressed.

Better charge your gadgets in the loose sockets here before boarding on the old planes that doesn't even have outlets in business class

Wine , Multi plug sockets , food n wifi --- good for delays

Don't expect to get much business done here: unlike other CX lounges , this one doesn't have it's own wifi network, and instead relies on the crappy airport guest wifi network

Wish they can be as good or closer to the service like Wings at HKIA

Awful awful awful!! Disgusting food, wifi never works, exposed to minute by minute announcements, dirty toilets , the list goes on. It has one saving grace: it's next to the smoking area ????

Worst CX lounge .

Of all the lounges in the world this must be the worst one. Coffee is terrible and sandwiches even worst. ????
