go to the one on 50 Shaftesbury it's only a very short walk and it's amazing- great friendly service and no problem waiting for anything not to mention fabulous food!

Weird chain of cafes run by Italian women selling English and American breakfasts , French lunches , English tea , and pasta and Prosecco dinners . All thing to all people it seems. Not bad.

Delicious and very pretty and cozy . Not the cheapest but worth the price, in my opinion. Nice staff and delicious pasta & salmon :)

Best Black Forest gateau in town ! Cakes are value for money and beautiful.

Tho always packed due to location and fancy decor, the cakes are dry, tasteless and cardboardy. Don't waste your time or money here (especially not for afternoon tea !), a total tourist trap.

Rose Prosecco Wine and eclairs are tasty. The portraits oldies but goldies are worth to have a look at.

Good for an afternoon tea . Unfortunately we had a terrible waiter when we went and a long wait for our food and drinks. Luckily the next waiter that took care of us was brilliant and very apologetic

Make sure to prefer the branch on Piccadilly; a much better pick for your posh 5 o'clock tea & chocolate cake .

One of the best Americanos in town and their Spinach Omelette is amazing. Eat here

Don't assume they will bring your salad out before your entree, mine both came at the same time and the salad is way overdressed

Earl Grey tea is really good and high tea not bad. But the service here is really crap.

Offer for a croissant of your choice and any coffee for £2.50 - not bad considering Starbucks charges £3 for a small coffee !

The salad was delicious. The coffee not so good. Cafe Latte old style in a tall tall glass full of milk and no flavor.

Nice high tea , service was terrible though, or should I say non-existent.

Place is great, but don't order the concerto salad , to much bacon and salt.

Make sure they get your order right - make them read it back to you. Not very apologic when they get it wrong!
