VERY YUMMY. i usually go to kenny rogers and the food usually tastes meh. This outlet serves the best food so far

Every time, I repeat, EVERY TIME, I come here, there's always some items (normal item like d vanilla muffins ) not available. Or late svc that I hv to leave w/out ordering.

Service are pretty good, been here twice in 4 weeks. The senior staff seems understand wht i need.

quarter chicken with bbq sauce and 3 side dishes including yummy muffin ...

Half cooked chicken . Lucky enough to get a relatively quick service

One of the waiter who served and spilled my drink,didn't EVEN wipe the table! Had to get up and get the tissue OURSELVES to wipe it! -.- BAD CUSTOMER SKILLS!

Most FUCKED UP service. U see who works there then u'll know y da FUCKING service is so FUCKED UP. FUCKING WAKE UP FUCKED HEADS. Or shut da damn restaurant .

Will be taken over by Berjaya Group. Prolly starting frm September 2011 onwards. The crew might as well changed to a new team. Hope the services will turn out much better.

Definitely waste of time ... Sat there for 15mins, & the stupid waiter simply take orders from those who arrived later than me ... I can tolerate once, but 2 tables was just effortlessly stupid ...

Not recommended. Service is less than satisfactory. The pastas is plain ridiculous. But you can count on the chicken . Thank God that hasn't changed. Side dishes are okay. Potato salad houyeah.

Shocked and horrified. The server put back on the food cupboard 2 muffins that fell on the wet floor.

Horrible service! Staffs couldn't handle the crowd during lunch time. Ready food left on the bar for more than 10 mins till it served. With this kind of service, why should we pay for service tax?!

Service gettin even worst since Berjaya Group take place, i prefer the previous one, e service are much2 better than this. Big company w a lot of $$$, but failed on SOP. Wht a shame.

All the side dishes are awful, esp mac & cheese . Chicken is getting smaller and smaller. -.-

The staffs are untrained. How come they forgot to ask the muffin 's n the chicken gravy flavour.

staff should be more polite toward customer.just mention if anything is out of stock or finish.no need customer asking or what.btw,its our money and we pay for everything!!!!

Restaurant owners who doesn't care abt serving d customers shud never ever open a restaurant . This KR outlet is VERY VERY BAD in serving its customers.

Lately,their services quite slow

First and last time here. Bad services and servings. Highly not recommended. I have to wait for 10 minutes for utensils and bills. Ergh.

2nd choice after SR (coz' no lasagna ) but no waiter to greet us n 3 customers still waiting at their tables, so we left.

Dishonest staff cheated me by giving me black pepper instead of ori flavor chicken even after triple check he still refuse to admit. Mac & cheese is rubbish, tasteless.

Was here for iftar. Orders came wrongly and late, blur & inattentive staffs , bad service.

Service sucks like hell. Waiters don't get the orders even after repeating 3-4 times!!!
