Full points for their service. Khirdi with almonds and dried figs with pista. are most most traditional and by far the best date/dried fig you are ever gonna have in the city

I liked their soya latte with the continental breakfast . Their breads and croissants were fresh. I loved their date honey with their fresh jams !

We were surprised to taste great food at Bateel! If you're at Ikea for long day, and don't want the traffic of food court there, Bateel has awesome food!

For afternoon refreshment visit Bateel, serving premium dates, Arabic coffee , local chocolate and gourmet food with an Arabian twist.

Try cafe avocato , its a scoop of vanilla ice cream with double shot espresso on top of it , mix them together and enjoy.

Their desserts whether with dates or not, are grrreat! The breakfast is so good too.

Sticky pudding is my fav with Qahwa (Arabic coffee ). It's the perfect blend after eating sweet dessert .

Did not like it ... Risotto and tiramisu were below average

We sat for 10 minutes the waiters saw us and just walked around, nobody even made an effort, they saw us walk out, again, didn't bother. Crappy service.

Service gets awfully bad as soon as there are more people than usually.

worst branch ever .. and worst costumer service .. will never come back to this branch again .. enjoy your meal anyway ????
