An Oasis Away from the Airport Hustle
Terminal 8, Concourse B (JFK International Airport) Jamaica , NY 11430 United States
Credit Cards | Yes |
Wi-Fi | Yes |
Newly renovated with a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine for drinks and a small spread of complementary snacks and soup . Fresh made to order Guacamole every afternoon. This is not the International Lounge .
Front desk and bar people both were awesome. Even when there's not that much food, there's a good sushi selection and WiFi is working very good.
I believe this is the top 3 worst lounge I ve ever visited ... I'm lucky to travel J Class later otherwise, I will die with hunger and thirst! Shower room is HUGE and Clean .
The First class Lounge , a small area separate from the rest of the Admirals Club, features an open bar with premium alcohol and hot food. OneWorld Emerald status or Int'l or Transcon F required.
newly renovated, has a large variety of food for breakfast , lunch , and dinner
British offers pre dinner board. Smart for late night so u can eat before and then sleep fully. American what happened to your big campaign and promise for superior service?
I cannot stress strongly enough how much I love the "quiet room" here and how much I do not want you to come in here to make your stupid calls on your stupid cell phone.
If u flew the redeye or had a long flight n some time to kill, the showers r a great way to get refreshed - and the shower rooms r bigger than some/most NYC hotel bathrooms !
Admirals Club lounges pale in comparison to European lounges ... Would pay more to get that level of comfort and features
Not a high priority Aadvantage Member, but the $50 all day pass for visitors is well worth it. Comfortable Chairs for all.
Found the staff very friendly . Alicia at the bar is awesome and mothers everyone at the bar to ensure they are looked after. Been here since 1993 apparently
Try the cous cous . Actually, though. It's nice and starchy. Or, if you're not into that, don't. More for me. IDGAF.
Wow American Airlines this is your flagship no food and 2 drinks only says a lot about your brand !
Alicia behind the bar is a bubble of a human. Bask in her energy, a rare bundle of happy love.
An average representation of a lounge by an American airline . Lufthansa and Turkish airlines are clearly the leaders in Europe. America's lounges would rank below nearly every European lounge .
Thet could have some decent food! Pn the other hand they have wifi and a nice seating area
Bathrooms are something.... Robbie A gives them a thumbs up!
There is no alcohol served on Sundays before noon - same blue laws apply here.
It really is disappointing. You get 2 drinks vouchers , some minimal choice of free food in form of cereals and then everything is charged. So out of date and reason I normally go BA
Be here after 5:00pm! Several hot and fancy entrées incl. chicken , salmon and mixed seafood will be served. Selection varies.
Great place to grab a quick shower after a red-eye.
Soda is free. You can have as many as you want. Just go to the bar and ask for it!
Staff is friendly , great food and drink options.
Disappointing for a flagship lounge . 2 drink vouchers and minimal food selection. You're better off choosing BA for their pre-dinner (then you can hop on plane and sleep!)
When you enter, go straight to the right. Whole area that people never go to. Sleeping chairs!
The Admiral Lounge is accessible with invitation if First Class pass. Otherwise $50 a day
Try to find someone who can guest you into the Flagship Lounge .
Very ordinary. Reason enough to book with BA over AA for Lindon flights. BA lounge far superior.
Comfortable , relaxing atmosphere , but lacking in perks you'd expect to be included (food, decent drinks, etc.).
Great view , very handy to the gates.
Free drinks or not, leave a tip for the bar staff
Hangout with the captains share some horror flight stories and drink some whiskey with them before they take off
I have never seen a so poor place like this. It's unacceptable to call this a VIP place. Low quality is every where around this room.
Sign says open at 5:15 - but you can enter well before then.
The flagship lounge doesn't have sushi , but you can bring it in from the normal lounge
What's with the kids? Leave them at home or slip some nyquil in the OJ . Actually, do that either way.
I warmly recommend the shower rooms. Perfect before a long flight.
Basically a quieter and extremely mediocre, private cafe in the airport - with lots of power outlets . No cheaper than the terminal area.
If you are exec plat traveling internationally, show your status card, not admiral 's club card or they may not notice you should go in flagship
Great space and calm
Vs British airways lounges Admirals Club really is bad. No free food, just one free drink voucher . AA should take a look at BA lounges for some advice
This a lifesaving venue for connections - showers , internet, coffee and couches for a quick nap.
Thanks for the @klout perk. I wish I had time to enjoy the club.
Club staff members were very friendly to me both on check-in and when I left.
Love the first class lounge . And the grey goose!
Get food downstairs at Soho Bistro and bring it up. It's better than what's in the Admiral's Club by far.
sit on right side of lounge before the bar..they have cubicles with chaises
Try the Eames Lounge Chairs... They're fantastic.
Hey, Manhattan is upside down!?!? So am I...
Pathetic!BA club members flying domestic have to pay the "complimentary " wifi ! Tight!
Fresh horseradish in the bloodys, plus the breakfast burger is great! - Darin C.
Although pricey - good place to grab healthy options especially when having made to order - can't beat made to order! - DM Abreu
