Good location, just next to the train and tram stations . Parking few and expensive .
Booked a non-smoker room but were put on the smoking floor, yuk; problem resolved pretty quickly though; breakfast buffet pretty good; very friendly staff ; swish bar really good fun on Friday nights

Really disappointing .. When we booked the room, we paid extra to upgrade to King and when we checked in, we had to pay again to get a king room .. Cost us an extra $80 a night for 3 nights .. :0(
The lifts are now all new ... and fast.
When staying ask for the best rate of the day .,. They will give it to you.

Worst breakfast service ever. An omelette had to be ordered twice. Still didn't get it after 40mins. Rubbish.
Staff could be more helpful but hotel is fine. Rooms older but fine.
Lifts are ridiculously slow, not enough to serve the customers the hotel has.
