I bring my 4 year old during the week between 12-3pm. Most young kids have left for naps, and the older kids aren't out of school yet. She has the gym to herself usually. Space to roam and play.
Call ahead on weekends because they may not have open play
Always check hours first. Often closed to walk-ins.
