Nando's

The consensus here is true. The service is in serious need for improvement. The only bonus is that now Nando's has its perivileges benefits thru its app. You get free stuff for every 3 visits.

The service here is pretty good, plenty of sockets for people with laptop, quite place, wise place to study. :)

Food & ambience is excellent, rated 8/10 but the overall experience is marred by lackluster service rated at 2/10. Management needs to put way more effort into customer relations training ..

Your 2 sides come with a serving of roaches. Nyum!

Indoor, outdoor both lot of flies. Few times visit, service never improved ????lack of staff , chaos especially rush hour.

Have to wait long to order, the face they give when ask to refill the "bottomless" drinks is like you just killed their mother. @.@

The Extra Hot heat level is a joke as it is hardly hot at all! Thumbs down!

Service sucks max. Had to wait 10 mins for menus & they gave menus to last group who came in & took their order. All other black faced customers were frantically trying to get the staff attention.

Fed up of their suck service here. Been here for 2nd time but nothing changed. After 20 min, no staff came to take order after been calling for so many times like we are transparent to them.

been asking twice for a drink refill... acknowledged but no one came.. on the 3rd time, they came and left us a pitcher .. that can either be extreme lazyness or insulting a customer..

De service is slow when it is peak hour,during lunch time

This is the WORST place to go to for a meal. Forget if their food is good. Other than long waiting time, waiter/kitchen screw up orders so badly you will want to erase memories of this place.

The chicken sometimes can be dry and kinda hard but the Peri sauces are good.

Service slow. Food as usual.

Need to pay for water. Hot water is free but only for those who are "tua, sakit atau mengandung". Asked the waiter myself. Mengarut betul.
