Most Of the negativa típs come from before 2012. The place and the franchise have done a complete turn around. I have come 3 time in 2 months and the attention and food has been great.
This place has remodeled and re-staffed and is a great place to eat breakfast ... even when they are crowded !! Friendly staff and fast service !!
They are extremely accomodating, and friendly . Usually less crowded I usually come here for breakfast with my wife and toddler son. He loves it.
Service friendly & attentive.Stick to basic pancakes.Tried Belgium chocolate , expecting mousse , it was frosting.Tasted like chocolate cake , good but not what expected. Food and coffee good overall.

The food in general is amazing
Oh and they tell you AFTER you've been served your food that they ran out of fruit . They offer toast it pancakes as a substitute. It's called a "fit menu" for a reason.
Great place to treat yourself
You get cheese on an omelet when you don't ask for it and you get butter on toast when you tell them no butter. Either the waitress is an idiot or the cook can't read. Either way, this place sucks.

Don't even go here. I got served coffee and no silverware. I had to asked many times to stir my coffee and never got it. We waited 30 min and no food. I finally got up and left. And no apology

If it has more than 5 cars, avoid it. These ppl don't know how to handle a busy shift . Food cold each time I attempt this place. Service is mediocre at best.
It smelled like rotting food waste inside and the waitress was slow, I had to sit in it longer than necessary.
Bring a personal fan. The air conditioning here is terrible!
Waitress that works here is a bitch. She rushed us out because she wanted to go home from her shift . Wouldn't recommend it.
