Paul the american one really is the nicest. I always try to pay with him as others often seem a bit fakey with their OTT questions in the morning.
Paul the American guy behind the tills is great. Proper customer service that makes you choose Pret ahead of Nero or Starbucks for coffee .
For Christmas - ring a bell at the till and get coffee on the house!
