Nice that it is open til 4pm on Saturdays, except the line is alway at least 10 deep (30+ min) and somehow they always end up with only one employee working by the time you get halfway to the front.
I come here once in a blue moon to get a package sent. The folks are nice and knowledgeable about their jobs.
Usually a 5-10 minute wait at the service counter, but everyone is always very nice and helpful.

The only scale is part of the automation machine. Be prepared to wait for it during peak hours.
If your a business shipping larger or bulk items use to business dock. The service is even worse but there's no wait.
Long line today. :(
Give your staff more hours. Waited in line for an hour for mail that want even mine. Terrible.
