The lines haven't let up much since nationally acclaimed baker William Leaman opened shop in December 2007. The homemade breads , pastries and candies are unparalleled. And totally worth the wait.
After you're done with the twice baked croissant , try one of the two best items: Apricot Danish or Ham and Cheese Croissant ( I cry when they are sold out). These can not be overlooked.

Twice baked almond croissant is a must! I also got the quiche and even though it was on a warming plate it was still cold so, of course it wasn't as good as I'm sure it could have been :(
Comfort pastries . Ham and cheese or the chocolate croissants are really good. Portions are rather big though.
Their macaroons and tiramisu are just the perfect amount of sweet- not too much but not too little~
The best breads in town from a world-renowned, award-winning baker. Pastries are as good as high-end pâtisseries in France. And the pizza is really great, too! The service is the only thing lacking...

In baker's terms it's called a half dozen. But I call it the best kind of six pack: a sourdough six pack!
Close your eyes, extend your right arm (with pointer finger extended) spin in a circle three times, stop spinning, whatever your pointing at order and eat...it will be better than great morning sex!!!
My FAVORITE bakery in Seattle, best chocolate croissant I've had since Paris, the strawberry cheese cake is amazing and I can't wait for it to come back. I close this place down quite frequently.
