Bartons Mill

It is a stylish & enjoyable pub with its large garden , comfortable tables and spacious atmosphere. I also loved the bar . The bartender was also very helpful and knowledgeable . A must go, I recommend!

Fish and chips is nice. Get a serving of bread and butter with it, hench slices of bread make a great chip butty!

Enjoyed my time here. Weather permitting, the patio outside is relaxing and has a comfortable atmosphere . Food is passable.

Wonderful spot, off the beaten track . Surrounded by a bubbling brook, where ducks mingle with pet dogs. Highly recommended.

Calm country atmosphere inside, quiet stream and railroad outside. Excellent for families. Chips are a must have.

Great food, beautiful setting, a fun quiz, not too expensive

Food is ok, not more than that. Drinks selection is good and during the summer it’s great to be outside. Super handy if you live close by, but food is way better at the Old Basing Pubs

Busy pub with a nice beer garden . Good priced and tasty food. Especially Sunday lunch

Maybe my view is skewed as a vegetarian , but the food at this place is never anything to rave about. Expensive for what you get, and not particularly well cooked. Cider was nice though.

Chips were nice. I imagine that it would be very popular in the warmer sunnier months. I felt the service was pretty poor.

Expensive pints, nice beer garden . Food went downhill and is also pricey .

Minted Lamb Burger is lush ;)

Don't bother with the burger .
