Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai, Pudong

It is very difficult to get a taxi but u can use metro nearby hotel , just 30 seconds. Staff 's English level is very low... u can enjoy nice view fro club cafe .

International standard service. The building and room a bit old, but every things are hygiene! Comfortable environment. Included buffet breakfast with international standard menu. ????????????????????????????????

I have stayed at the Four Points several times so year-they do an excellent job overall The front desk staff are outstanding and the rooms are well done and good value . I am very happy with this hotel

The location is good and there is Sheraton hotel nearby. There is also metro station , u don't have any problems wherever u go.

Pretty good hotel , u can use swimming pool and gyms at Sheraton as next building.

Hotel is very nice for a Four Points! Showers are awesome. It's priced as an American hotel though - restaurants , drinks, etc are the same prices you would pay at any Sheraton hotel in North America

U can enjoy pretty good breakfast at here. However, even free, I should fill in receipt at entrance..why..

missed to try local beers/ales displayed at the bar ... such as jasmine tea ale ???? ????

The buffet restaurant at top floor...the view is very good but the quality of food is very bad...all the foods on the dish are getting dry... they don't care it...I am very wondering...

Local staff is not so good, I am premium member and try to check in by member lane but she asked me to go other counter...why?

There is a complimentary shuttle that leaves here at 9am daily that goes directly to the Ningbo Sheraton.

The staff service is not so good... no one helped my baggage even I checked in with 3 baggage. I brought these baggages myself from lobby to room.

Nice breakfast restaurant

The wifi is OK, however, knowing China regulation, you can't access Facebook, Instagram or even Google. ????

Have a drink on level 29 and overlook Pudong.

Impressive Shanghaiese food at Nian Feng (the 2nd floor restaurant ).

Again, when I checked out, bell boy is looking at mobile phone does and doesn’t help me... I saw he is fighting taxi driver...it was very bad impression..

Standard room, there is no bath tab...gosh...

Internet cost is RMB100/day. Free wifi at the lobby.

Had a hard time trying to check-in at this hotel on 4square. Don't know why yet.

These clowns said 'no outside food' when seeing me with a mcdonalds bag. Since when did a starwood (or any other hotel ) not permit food being brought in lol

Excelente Hotel , muy buena ubicación, el bufete para el desayuno es variado, se duerme delicioso en sus camas .. el único pero no hay Wi-Fi en las habitaciones , pero eso se arregla comprando un router.

Las camas muy ricas, me encanta la regadera con ventana hacia la habitación . El desayuno es bueno y tienes una estación de metro a un costado .

La cena en el restaurante del piso 29 es muy buena y la vista hermosa!! Además. De qué la atención es muy buena!!
