Place where people gather in the city center. Some entertainments (mostly free) are often held here.
The only major public square in Leeds. Hosts events throughout the year, from the German Christmas market to large summer gigs. Quite a nice place for events , but rather soulless at other times.
I love it. If you look towards the town hall on a clear summers evening you could almost feel like your in Rome
It’s always great to see what’s happening here. Quite a nice place for a quick lunch in the sun, too.
Millenium Square is gorgeous but the Mandella Garden and fountains just opposite Casa Mia is more my kind of chill out spot - a bit more secluded and a lot prettier.

Venue for the annual Christkindlmarkt, and other events during the year.
Always great events , bring a lot of life to Leeds.
Cadbury Spots v Stripes is taking over the square, playing free games and giving out chocolate on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th September!
